During my time at PhonePe, I’ve grown from owning complex problem spaces as an individual contributor to leading larger, cross-functional initiatives across payments and credit. My work spans system-level design, decision framing, and hands-on execution on products used by millions of users every day.
Alongside driving 0→1 initiatives in credit and large-scale improvements in core payments, I’ve increasingly taken on responsibilities around stakeholder alignment, cross-pod coordination, and mentoring junior designers, while remaining deeply involved in design execution. -Built a proof of concept using Principle, Flinto, AE resulting in a pre-seed round led by Venture Highway.
-Led the design of an internal Content management system that is used by our creators to create, manage and publish content on the FlashPrep App.
-Design of the MVP to go to market.- Conceptualized and designed for growth, engagement, and retention on the app
-Improved design process to work more efficiently between Design-Product-Development
-Set up & scaling design team (Lead a team of 3 designers)
-Part of the core team spearheading the effort to craft a long-term vision of the product with the Executive Team. This allowed the company to strategize goals for 2021 & 2022
-Facilitated a design sprints across disciplines
-Working closely with development team to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately
